All orders ship from our Sacramento, California facility:
- Order Cutoff: Midnight the previous day
- Ship Days: Monday - Wednesday
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days for most locations

Your raw food is packaged with care to maintain quality during transit:
- Insulated cooler box rated for 4-5 days of cold protection day
- Dry ice or gel packs to maintain frozen temperature (Season dependent)
- Recyclable and biodegradable insulation materials
- Sealed bags to prevent leakage and maintain freshness

What If My Order Thaws?

Our packaging is designed to keep food safe for 4-5 days. While we strive to deliver products frozen, partial thawing during transit is not uncommon and is perfectly safe.
- If food arrives cold to the touch and products are still partially frozen, it is safe to refreeze
- Simply wipe off any condensation from the packaging and place in your freezer immediately
- If the product has exceeded 40°F for more than 2 hours or smells off, contact us immediately for a replacement
- Take a photo of the packaging upon arrival if you have any concerns
